A Commitment to Healing
With more than eight years of clinical experience, Dr. Miller brings a wealth of knowledge and a patient-first philosophy to every appointment. Her passion for helping patients heal, combined with advanced training in wound care, hyperbaric medicine, and vascular health, makes her a valuable member of the Curelogics team.
Dr. Miller earned her medical degree from Saint James School of Medicine before completing her residency training through the Southern Illinois University Family Medicine Program. Her dedication to lifelong learning and clinical excellence has led her to pursue multiple advanced certifications and specialized training opportunities throughout her career.
Advanced Training for Complex Conditions
In addition to her background in Family Medicine, Dr. Miller holds a second board certification through the American Board of Wound Management and is certified in Hyperbaric Medicine. She further expanded her expertise through a Fellowship in Vein and Lymphatic Medicine, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of superficial venous disease.
This unique combination of training allows Dr. Miller to approach wound care from multiple perspectives, addressing not only the wound itself but also the underlying factors that may be preventing proper healing.
Special Interests in Limb Salvage and Preventive Care
Among Dr. Miller’s clinical interests is limb salvage—a specialized area of care focused on preserving mobility and preventing amputations whenever possible. Through advanced wound care techniques, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and comprehensive treatment planning, she works to help patients maintain their independence and quality of life.
She is also passionate about preventive care and integrative medicine, believing that long-term health outcomes are best achieved through a proactive, whole-person approach to healthcare.
