The highly trained staff is dedicated to providing you with the best possible care and the ability to offer a variety of treatment options to help heal that stubborn wound.
Curelogics treats chronic wounds and conditions that are difficult or slow to heal. By using various treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen, advanced dressing and advanced grafting options and various types of biologies, we achieve wound healing through known science and best practice.
At Curelogics we treat the underlying cause of why a wound is not healing properly. Wounds occur for a variety of reasons, such as venous insufficiency, arterial insufficiency, and crush injury sustained by a trauma. Even some conditions of the eye such as central retinal artery occlusion are treated here at our center by the staff . People with diabetes often suffer from foot ulcers and post-surgical non-healing wounds that place them at high risk for amputation. Other problems include osteomyelitis (infection of the bone), delayed radiation injury (soft tissue and bone necrosis), and compromised grafts and flaps from amputations. These are all limb salvage opportunities that we can help with at Curelogics Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center.

Our Physicians
Dr. Robert F Dorsey
Robert F. Dorsey, is the Medical Director of Curelogics Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center in Lady Lake, Florida. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of medicine, 15 of those years in providing advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine.
Dr. Dorsey graduated from The Louisville School of Medicine. He then completed his residency at Catholic Medical Center in Jamaica, New York and completed a 2-year cardiovascular fellowship at Arizona Heart Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. In addition to being an advanced wound care physician he has also practiced as a cardiovascular and general surgeon.
When not at the office, he spends much of his time with his wife. He enjoys traveling, theme parks, his dogs and spending time with his father in South Florida.
Curelogics Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center does not require a referral unless the Patient’s insurance requires one. You can simply call to make an appointment. This center accepts multiple types of insurance and has self-pay options.
